The website

Cloudflare serves this website and processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare security measures may use necessary cookies. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use advertising trackers or audience analytics. Fonts and videos are served from this site.

Our website does not keep its own database of individual visits. Cloudflare may retain technical request and security data; its retention depends on the enabled service and account settings. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you follow a download link to GitHub, your browser connects to GitHub, which receives request data such as your IP address. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your address and message to answer and manage your request. Mail sent to our contact address is forwarded to the operator's mailbox. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR). We keep correspondence while it is needed for the request and, where applicable, for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The Remote Access waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your answer to the required monthly price question, any coding agents you choose to name, and limited referral information (campaign parameters and the referring site's hostname). We use these details to understand interest in Remote Access and, with your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), to email you when it launches. Your price answer is not a commitment to buy. Opening the page or following a waitlist link does not add you to the list.

If you join, Brevo will handle the confirmation and launch emails on our behalf. We will ask you to confirm your address before adding it to the launch list; without confirmation, you will not receive the launch email. We will not use recipient-level open or click tracking in either email. You can unsubscribe from the launch email or withdraw consent by writing to contact@sidevoice.ai. We will delete unconfirmed requests within one month. We will delete confirmed contact details, answers and consent evidence within 30 days after the launch email, or sooner if you withdraw, except where needed for a legal claim.

If you submit the form, we keep a token derived from your email address for 24 hours to prevent repeated confirmation emails. It expires automatically and is not used for marketing.

Bot protection

If you start using the waitlist form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser signals to check for automated submissions. A submitted form also sends the request IP address to Cloudflare for verification. Turnstile does not run on a visit to this page.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable, by writing to contact@sidevoice.ai. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

The Sidevoice app

Sidevoice connects your microphone to an agent on your paired computer. Microphone audio reaches that computer even when you choose on-device speech recognition. With a direct connection, your call does not pass through a Sidevoice relay.

We do not use your audio or conversations to train AI.

Your speech and model choices: if you choose OpenAI for cloud speech recognition, audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. If you choose ElevenLabs for speech playback, reply text is sent to ElevenLabs to produce audio. Your selected agent receives transcribed input and handles it under that agent's own settings and privacy terms, including any model providers it uses and any conversation history it keeps. These are services you select for your app setup, separate from the providers we use for the website and waitlist.

Data on your devices: Sidevoice keeps recent conversation text in memory while running. The web client also uses browser session storage for session text, and the agent connector may temporarily keep reply text on the paired computer while delivering it. Pairing credentials and operational logs are also kept locally.

Diagnostics: the app and paired computer may keep operational logs locally.

Help improve Sidevoice: sharing technical performance data is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, you can see the exact data before sending it and stop sharing at any time. This may include device class (chip, memory and OS), model, engine, accelerator, load time and measured latencies; it excludes audio, transcripts, message text, account IDs and persistent device IDs. Sending it may also expose your IP address and other connection metadata to the receiving service.

Remote Access: when you use Remote Access, Sidevoice connects your devices directly when possible and uses a relay when needed. Call traffic between your devices is end-to-end encrypted while crossing that relay.
